Our office is open from 8am to 5pm on Mondays through Fridays and is open every other Saturday from 8am to 12pm.
If you need to reach a doctor after-hours, we ensure that there is a provider on call for emergencies 24/7.
Before you decide to visit an urgent care or the emergency room, please call the office, or if we are not currently open, please call the provider on call to assist you. We ask you to follow this policy as insurances may penalize you for inappropriate or excessive use of the urgent care/emergency room.
When you call our office during after-hours, please listen carefully to the two options for leaving a voicemail. The first option will leave a voicemail for the office staff to address during business hours. The second option will leave a message for the provider on call. Please leave a brief message stating the patient's name, date of birth, and a reason for the call.
The provider may bill the phone call as a telehealth visit if the patient is not scheduled for an appointment within the following week.
